With our Konica Minolta 5 Star Accreditation, ISO 9001:2008, safecontractor and DBS (CRB) checked technicians, we are providing a service that gives an excellent response time and First Time Fix rate to maximise the productivity of your office equipment and minimize any machine downtime.
Our Konica Minolta Academy trained technicians carry out a minimum call procedure and will service your equipment comprehensively on each and every visit to ensure the reliability of your machine(s).
We offer all of our customers remote monitoring of their machine(s) through our CSRC (Customer Service Remote Care) system. The main benefits of CSRC are NO more calls asking for meter readings and more importantly as it is a live system, if your machine runs out of toner or breaks down we are notified within 1 minute which means that we will have already allocated your breakdown call to the nearest engineer who will respond as soon as possible (within 4 working hours).
There are companies that would charge for this additional facility but we believe at Cbe in always striving to improve the service we provide to new and existing customers and therefore we are pleased to confirm CSRC is free of charge to all of our clients.
