Our company was originally established as a sole trader in September 1997 becoming incorporated in November 1998.
The company was formed by the present Managing Director with an objective of providing a high quality product with a hands on approach to customer service in the Thames Valley area. It was generally agreed at the time, no company within this and surrounding areas offered consistency in these two important objectives.
The company has grown profitably and now supplies and services machines through networks and stand-alone products to many organisations.
We selected Konica Minolta as its prime supplier of machines as they are regarded as class leading for reliability and quality of output.
We recognise that selling a machine whilst important to commence relationships is a small part in the customers overall satisfaction. Long term high quality and timely service support is essential.
